32 Ender 3 Cooling Fan. The controller board fan is controlled by the same pwm signal as the filament fan is. Filament fan is not spinning but controller board fan is. This mean a original cooling system on ender 3. At least for my ender 3 first 2 layers are printed with fan speed of 33%. The initial fan speed refers to the speed of the part cooling fan that blows air onto the printed part, not the cooling fan attached to the heatsink on your ender 3.
